Welcome.
I’m Kiley, a New York-based psychologist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
I work individually with adults and adolescents (ages 16 and up) experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, insomnia, relationship challenges, life transitions, and academic or work stressors. I have formal training in research-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). In addition to private practice, I currently serve as a psychologist for the Center for Stress, Resilience, and Personal Growth at Mount Sinai where I provide mental health services to healthcare workers and their families.
I earned my bachelor’s degree at Boston College and went on to complete my doctoral training at Loyola University Chicago. After completing my APA-accredited internship at a therapeutic day school, I went on to do my post-doctoral fellowship at MindWell NYC, a private practice in New York, NY specializing in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
